The Power Of Trenbolone

What if I tell you that ALL fitness models are on steroids ?

What if I tell that ALL that all fitness routine promoting fast muscle growth are a joke ?

What if I tell you that supplements are useless if you have healthy teeth and jaw ?

What if I tell you that you don't need a lot of protein to build muscle ?

What if I tell you that all bodybuilders are drug addicts ?

What if I tell you that all people that look like they lift are not natural ?

Would you believe me if I told you that there are no natural bodybuilders on YouTube ?

Would you believe me if I told you that bodybuilding is one of the biggest scams ?

Tasty And Anabolic

I guess most of you won't so I have a simple question for you - How come that only very few select people get the "fuck-me-here-and-now look" while there are 100s of people following the same routines and nutrition plans but never ever get close to looking lean and big ?

You say "genetics".

IronGangsta says Trenbolone.

The king drug in the fitness world is Trenbolone since it's a steroid that gives unique hardness and dryness (less water retention). Many people consider Trenbolone the king when it comes to building a "fuck-me-here-and-now" physique. For the very same reason Zyzz /king of "aesthetics"/ was abusing Trenbolone for a very long time.

Zyzz does look very bad for the amount of drugs he was taking

Of course nobody in the fitness world wants you to know that. They industry wants you to believe that all it takes to achieve a "fuck-me-here-and-now" physique is hard work, training and lean chicken breast. Well, of course not.

The competition in the fitness world is pretty large. People are fighting for magazine covers, contest money, magazine contracts, bitches...etc. For that very same reason drugs are used in order to get an edge over your competition.

The fitness and supplement industry will pretty much end if people knew all that. For that very same reason the majority of the enthusiasts interested in bodybuilding and fitness modeling are usually between 16 and 35 years of age. Why? Well, some people realize the truth faster, some don't care and the rest get on the drugs and start posting moronic videos on YouTube, doing G4P (gay for pay) and Web cam stripping in order to make some cash. Nothing wrong with that since money is money and those are legal ways to obtain it but definitely not very moral....nor glamorous.

Now you are probably asking yourself: "Why not start taking Trenbolone and finally begin fucking bad bitches ?"  The main problem with Trenbolone are the severe side effects - insane muscle cramps, quick face aging, shutdown of natural testosterone production, addiction (both physical and mental)...

Once you get used to having a Jeff Seid like physique you just don't want to look normal again. You are addicted to the attention and "the respect" you receive from men and women. Once you lose that you start feeling empty and always go back on steroids in order to fill the void.

It's a vicious cycle.

Disclaimer: IronGangsta.com does not recommend the use of anabolic steroids.

2 Of The Most Delusional People In The Fitness World

Today IronGangsta presents Two of The Most Delusional People In The Fitness World. The mentally challenged individuals you are about to see actually believe they look good or at least they used to. The truth however is that they are a result of sick ambition, hurt ego and general craziness. Everybody has done something other people see as irrational and stupid. We get that! However, that does not make what you are about to see "right". Enjoy....if possible  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

“How strange when an illusion dies. It's as though you've lost a child.”
― Judy Garland

Gregg Valentino

Who the hell is Gregg Valentino ?

Gregg Valentino is one of the most famous bodybuilders out there despite the fact that the last time he looked like one was 30 or so years ago and at that time most of you were watching Spider man on TV and Google was just another word in the dictionary.

According to Valentino he started injecting steroids into his arms after "training naturally for 25 years" and obtaining 21-inches upper arms without ever taking a drug. Well, this is not true unless he was quite fat at that time since having a 21-inch arm without steroid supplementation while also rocking a solid six-pack is impossible. Despite the popular belief Gregg claims he did not use Synthol in order to make his arms look like severe tumors. We don't know if that's true or not...

Gregg Valentino for T-Nation:

What it is this: everyone accuses me of Synthol. I don't take Synthol. I was taking propionate and Equipoise into the muscle itself. Synthol just works one way: it stretches the fascia. With Equipoise and propionate you get the double whammy. You get the stretch from the oil plus you get the localized growth from the drugs themselves.

Synthol is like taking oil without the drug. It's like taking dead oil — like buying fake steroids without a drug in there. You can only get so much for Synthol. I've got 27-inch arms, what, you think I have seven inches of oil in there? That would be ridiculous; they wouldn't even look like arms anymore. Listen, I had 21-inch arms before I ever took a steroid in my life.

Moustafa Ismail

Who the hell is Moustafa Ismail ?

Moustafa Ismail is an Egyptian "bodybuilder" (more like brain dead body destroyer) who almost got into the Guinness World Records for having the biggest arms - 31 inches. His title was taken away due to "possible" steroid abuse.

The truth of course is that this guy injected about five trucks of Synthol into his uppers arms and that's the main reason his triceps look like loaded baby diapers about to explode.

Remembering Bruce Lee - 25 Rare Pictures & Quotes

Today is the birthday of the famous martial artists and movie star Bruce Lee. On that occasion Irongangsta presents 27 rare pictures of him.

Some of the pictures are shots from Lee's movies and are showing the violent, wild, passionate and aggressive side of Bruce Lee while the rest are family photos revealing to some extend the personal life of the actor. Enjoy.

“The key to immortality is first living a life worth remembering.”

― Bruce Lee

"Real living is living for others."

Bruce Lee
"Always be yourself, express yourself, have faith in yourself, do not go out and look for a successful personality and duplicate it."

Bruce Lee
"To know oneself is to study oneself in action with another person."

Bruce Lee
"Ever since I was a child I have had this instinctive urge for expansion and growth. To me, the function and duty of a quality human being is the sincere and honest development of one's potential."

Bruce Lee
“To spend time is to pass it in a specified manner. To waste time is to expend it thoughtlessly or carelessly. We all have time to either spend or waste and it is our decision what to do with it. But once passed, it is gone forever.”

Bruce Lee
"I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times."

Bruce Lee
"To know oneself is to study oneself in action with another person."

Bruce Lee
"You just wait. I'm going to be the biggest Chinese Star in the world."

Bruce Lee
"Man, the living creature, the creating individual, is always more important than any established style or system."

Bruce Lee
"It's not the daily increase but daily decrease. Hack away at the unessential."

Bruce Lee
"Take things as they are. Punch when you have to punch. Kick when you have to kick."

Bruce Lee
"To hell with circumstances; I create opportunities."

Bruce Lee
The key to immortality is first living a life worth remembering.

Bruce Lee
"I'm not in this world to live up to your expectations and you're not in this world to live up to mine."

Bruce Lee
Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water my friend.

Bruce Lee
Do not be tense, just be ready, not thinking but not dreaming, not being set but being flexible. It is being "wholly" and quietly alive, aware and alert, ready for whatever may come. The danger of training with the heavy bag is that it doesn't react to one’s attack and sometimes there is a tendency to thoughtlessness. One will punch the bag carelessly, and would be vulnerable in a real situation if this became a habit.

Bruce Lee

Question: What are your thoughts when facing an opponent?
Bruce: There is no opponent.
Question: Why is that?
Bruce: Because the word ''l'' does not exist. A good fight should be like a small play...but played seriously. When the opponent expands, l contract. When he contracts, l expand. And when there is an opportunity... l do not hit...it hits all by itself (shows his fist). Any technique, however worthy and desirable, becomes a disease when the mind is obsessed with it.

“To hell with circumstances; I create opportunities.”

Bruce Lee
“If you spend too much time thinking about a thing, you’ll never get it done. Make at least one definite move daily toward your goal.”

Bruce Lee
“A quick temper will make a fool of you soon enough.”

Bruce Lee
“In order to taste my cup of water you must first empty your cup.”

Bruce Lee
“I am not teaching you anything. I just help you to explore yourself.”

Bruce Lee
“Choose the positive. You have choice, you are master of your attitude, choose the positive, the constructive. Optimism is a faith that leads to success.”

Bruce Lee
"If you think a thing is impossible, you’ll make it impossible.”

Bruce Lee
“Simplicity is the key to brilliance.”

How Exercise Equipment Looked In The 20s

In this post I will present you retro exercise equipment used in the 1920s. After seeing this you will have no choice but to love your life  and our era a little more since today we enjoy much more user friendly machinery.

I am not 100% certain what the following machines do but I will try to figure it out. It seems however that exercise equipement has been a fascinating topic even many, many years ago.

"Learn from the past, set vivid, detailed goals for the future, and live in the only moment of time over which you have any control: now."

- Denis Waitley

This machine looks like a combination of belly polisher and heel scratcher.
By the looks of it you have to wear a costume while using it.
U Miring, brahs ?
This one looks like a belly scratcher
or as you would call it today - Ab Ripper.
This is an old school stationary bike
that looks more like a stationary horse than a bike.
This machine allows you to work your obliques like nothing else.
Forget everything else and buy the oblique destroyer.
"Bishes will be miring :)"
This is an old school machine for feet massages. Damn, it looks sexy.
I guess this is supposed to make your posture better
or break you in half.
This is an old school unilateral lat pull-down machine
that uses your bodyweight.
This machine may look similar to a leg curl station but it is not.
It's an old school device for improving your sex prowess.
Old school fuckers obviously new what they were doing.
